Hi I'm Shanti

Shunya & I (Shanti) created CORE GONE WILD for people just like you. I am an RYT-500 Advanced Yoga/Movement Arts Trainer &. Shunya is an E-RYT-500 Advanced Yoga Trainer, who also trained with a Shaolin Master from Indonesia from a young age. We have also had the opportunity to train in various forms around the world & have extensive teaching experiencing in both Yoga & advanced asana practice & flow techniques (including arm/hand balancing/inversions). We have also led registered Yoga Teacher Training programs, creating yoga teachers.

Movement is our passion in life. It affects everything we do. We see movement as LIFE. We haven’t always lived this way – we spent years on the urban hamster wheel. But things really changed for us when we decided to commit and take our practice around the world, surrendering to what we loved. We have been all in for some time now doing what we love and there's nothing we want to do more than inspire others to embrace their dreams too.

We are committed to sharing our practice of Yoga, including making the more advanced asana (like flying/floating, arm, & hand balancing) accessible to anyone who wants to learn. We know these movements can be a challenge and lots of people just don’t know where to start.

That's why we made this program. It combines our love for Primal Wild movement, hand balancing training and Yoga.
